I bought a house in october it was advertised with new appliances central air. I don't even have a central air unit, the ice box didn't work and the dishwasher doesn't have an outlet or water lines to it. They didn't put drain tile around the house so my furnished basement has flooded 3 times until i hired a contractor to fix it.
