We had a clogged line in our house. We called this service and a gentleman showed up a little while later. After Working on the lines for about an hour this man told us that he couldn't fix the problem and to call a plumber. He then asked my wife to sign something stating that "he was there" (THAT TURNED OUT TO BE A WAIVER FOR DAMAGE THEY CAUSED) Talk about deceptive business practices! We had no idea we were signing a waiver of damage that this man had caused. A little after he left we noticed MASSIVE flooding in the basement!
Water damage everywhere and the pipe he was trying to clear was SHATTERED! This was a 2 year old pipe in perfect condition before he got here!
We called and spoke to two managers and were told IT WAS OUR PROBLEM AND THEY WOULD DO NOTHING TO HELP US and we can waste our time taking them to court if we wanted.
They then accused us of harrassing them!
As the basement flooded worse we were hung up on again and again!
Not only did they damage the house, they had a nasty attitude to boot!
We have a 1 year old baby, we couldn't even wash her bottles out or give her a bath!
We are currently exploring our legal options.
Warning to the unsuspecting consumer. Stay away from these guys, they might wreck your house!
