I was put over to omni tech for outlook support from microsoft they ran a scan of my laptop and said there was a polymorfic virus and would if I would have to agree to charges for removal while they were running the scan I called my server "Telus" and they said it's a scam hang up I felt I was mislead by the rep on the other end. I took laptop to geek squad for $200. I cancelled credit card and gave the name of omni tech support to Canadian fraud commission.
