ARRIVED at 6 pm with a confirmed reservation for a Queen sized bed. When we got there they had only a regular bed and told us they would give a twenty dollar discount or we could walk. It was rush hour and we were exhausted from travelling all day. What could we. Do? This room is a "black hole" even AT&T cell is dead.
