No response to email complaints since past one week

My CC on the account was suspended by my CC company due to spurious International Currency fees recently showing up on my account attributed to watchindia subscription fees. Watchindia recently cancelled my subscription due to non payment and after repeated requests to them to reinstate service, after un-suspending my CC on file, and writing at least 5 - 6 times via email to watchindia they still haven't responded! Seems like their chat and phone customer service has also been discontinued. I have recently noticed service degradation, eg - VOD (video on demand) isn't offered anymore, also few popular channels like Etv Bangla, etc are now discontinued from their Bangla Pack ($14.99). Extremely shoddy service, seems like they are flooded with customer complaints and they don't have necessary staffing to address these issues. It appears it will take them a while to get back and deliver on the promises and pre-payments they have collected from customers. Sounds like a class action lawsuit might be on the way, but hey, they are now a service operating outside of the US. Stay tuned!
