Request to cancel my active subscription

In spite of several written requests (email) sent to cancel my subscription with watchindia group, they seem to ignore my request and continue to deduct monthly fees from my credit card account. I even tried to reach them via phone but no success until now. Therefore i choose seek your help to resolve this problem.
