All subscribe channels STOP working

I have subscribed/buy watchindia TV package in December and paid full year amount in advanced, but from couple of day's this subscription is not working I sent lots of mails to watchindia support group but no one get back to me. I also try to contact online chat but now Online chat and contact number are not available on their website.

I already paid full year amount in advance and now I'm not able to cancelled this service.
Please provide help to canceled this service
