I sent $400.00 to Mr. Binh Huynh. I still keep a statement from Columbia Bank with copy of my checks. My money paid for a complete service (application for citizenship. For too long time, Mr. Binh Huynh didn't complete his service; therefore, I cancel his service and request for refund. He sent me only $250; and he keep for his labor ($150.00 for preparation of an application0. But in his letter dated 5/23, he confessed that the application was uncompleted. His peparation was uncompleted. He is not deserved to be paid $150..; Therefore, I did call him many times for complete refund.
