Stole a Gold Guitar Charm Right off My necklace and denied it

Me and my hubby were in boston china town area and decided to go into Thai Binh Jewelers to have a clasp replaced on my hubby's gold chain. On it was a gold guitar charm. My Huby handed it the women and her male coworkers took it took put new clasp on. When returned it the charm was gone. I said wheres the charm and they both played dumb. I insisted they give the charm back. The women said to be I could pick out whatever I wanted in the store. I said no I want that charm.

I called the Boston police on them. They came quickly and did a search. Of course no sign of it becuase the man behind the counter probably pocketed it and just stood behind the counter not getting involved. I filed a report and have the report number. No justice was done but they deserve to be publicized on what they did to us. Shame on you Vietnamese thieves.
