This company charges for a service that is basically free without explicitly letting customers know that this is what they were doing. I thought that this was the official government website and that the fees that I paid up front was the application fee for renewing my green card and starting citizenship application for my daughter.

I felt that I was socked in the stomach when I printed my application for mailing purposes and saw that the fees for applying for a green card renewal was 450 dollars. It was then that I started to examine the website. I felt betrayed and I want back my money.

The application for the citizenship is less than 25% complete because, fortunately, my daughter had not heeded my call to complete the application.

The one that I completed for the renewal of the application - I feel scammed and would like to know what kind of redress I am eligible for.

The government needs to do something about websites like these.
