Booked a hotel room with them. I was billed immediately. Called to confirm my room the week of my trip and the room was never booked. Called customer service but nobody picks up. No response from email to customer service. Can't believe I have been redirected to it through booking.com. Can't believe something like this exists still on the net! What a SCAM!
