Same as the gentleman in Boston... Almost identical scam tactics, 10,000.00 dollars was the supposed amount of the federal grant I was selected for, if I paid taxes in the amount of 173.00$ to a non profit charity org. Of my choice located in Coa India, to an individual named Christopher Ngacho... I never followed through with the procedure, I was suspicious and made several calls to several agencies to find this was a very clever scam. Being orchestrated... Some very important info was given, no current damages. And I'm playing beat the cock, to prevent fraud. Theft of my finances, and possible identity theft. My opinion is this IS a form of terrorism directed at citizens in the U.S., a direct attack of the people individually not just at the population.
