Scam, fraud identity thieves

Early this morning again, for uthe Thousandth Time these people used their automated response service to FIND out any information including their Name. I had to call Long Distance to find out for myself!

Informed them of Federal Law Prohibiting them from making these types of calls, especially if you are a Victim of Identity theft or If the parties that used your information purchase items using your identity of committed fraud. She insisted on going on and on and I told her they were already reported to Federal Trade Commission an also Internal Revenue Service, since they tried to swuitch around and Claim, they were Westar Bank. That again is a No Go! Every time a credit collector sells their business to someone else because they cannot collect they start the & years all over again and If You don't owe it Don't Pay it!

If this happens to you or a loved one Report it immediately and Don't give them any Information about you or Anyone else. Get as much information as you Can and Report it to Federal Trade Commission, Internal Revenue for Identity Theft, The Getter Business Bureau and of Couse the complaint. Tell those Federal Agencies to look for thess complaints on this website and maybe some attorney will also pick up the banner to fight them too!
