They called and said I have a major problem with Windows and they are the only company that can fix it. They connected to the computer with remote control software and showed me some log files with errors and also showed me many services that were stopped and not running and said this was very bad. They did give a phone # to call them back at but I don't have the number. They also said it would only cost $70 to fix and needed the credit card #. Luckily the person they called does not give her credit card for anything online and called me first to look into it. I told her not to call back and not to answer the phone if they call again. And if she did answer the phone to say that they have been reported to the authorities.
