Used this site to fix computer problem. The tech actually did a good job but it was pricey...$79.99 per year. I was desperate & would have service for rest of yr so i agreed. Unfortunately, the tech failed to mention there were 3 consecutive monthly charges of $79.99. When i complained it was obvious they had had that discussion before. They agreed only to reduce chrg to $150 for the yr and said sending me $100 worth of dining coupons. Reality: they were discounts of 7%-10% of bill so I would have to spend $1000 to get $100 in savings. This is a scam operation. Stay away!!!
