I called the tech help for a problem with my Ipad 4 I got for Christmas. I was told it was a software problem and would cost $99. Then the tech said he can see viruses on my pc when I needed to attach the ipad to my pc. The virus scan was $99 next thing I know I am getting charge every month $99. This is s scam.
