I ordered a shower panel. However, the price was incorrect on their website. I requested that the company honor the price listed online. I received an email from Ted Hust who stated that the company did not carry the item. I conversed with Mr. Hust on the phone and requested that the price on line be honored and he called me "loser" and hung the phone up without allowing me the opportunity to reply. I was going to purchase other items from the store since I am remodeling my bathrooms in my home and vacation home, however, after experiencing this applauding unprofessional behavior; I will not do business with this company. I will ensure that alert as many people as possible.

I guess I should have the ALL BAD REVIEWS ONLINE prior to purchasing something from BATHROOMGETAWAYS.com
