Hi. I recently purchased a steam shower/sauna combo unit online. On website, the unit was advertised as ETL certified.in reality, it was not. I contacted the company, and after over a week of trying to confirm the ETL certification, they admitted that it was not. I can not use the unit, since it is not going to pass building inspection. What actions can i take against the company that sold it to me
