I purchased a "free trial" product which did not arrive. I agreed to pay $5 for shipping only. I was called by the company because the package had been returned as undeliverable. Since I no longer wanted it I said it could be kept. However returns are not accepted so I said it could be shipped but I was cancelling my order at this point. At no stage was I advised that I would then be charged $100 for this package. I only found out when my credit card bill arrived.
