I order product from this company on 9/20. The package was not shipped until 10/5 which is pretty poor for an online company. However, come 10/12 my order was still not received. When I contacted them they said the product was not delivered yet. I waited and waited and finally received the credit card bill. Finally the company contacted me and said there was an error and somehow my email address was put in the address line and so the package was undeliverable. As I did not need the product any more (the event was 10/13) I told them to cancel the order. Here's the kicker... When I did this they charged me a SHIPPING CHARGE AND A RESTOCK FEE!!! Basically, I was charged for a package that I never received! I will be contacting my credit card company to protest this bill.
