I have been trying to reach someone with this company since Febrary 4. I bought a 30" Spinner Heys Britto Collection piece of luggage November 6 and it was delivered to my home on December 5. The lock needs repaired as it no longer works properly. I have made at least 15 phone calls to various numbers and have sent three emails and have gotten NO help from anyone. Most of the numbers are answered with a machine and then says "Good Bye" at the end of the message, or it states the message box is full and then "goodbye", or else it will keep ringing until it ends with a busy signal. I got through to a lady "Serene" on April 25th and I told her my story and she told me she would give the gentleman, who works downstairs, this message as he is the one who handles these types of cases and could help me. I am still waiting to hear from him after three phone calls to this lady. I have called every single number people have given me and there is no help to be had as there is no customer service that I have found with this company. I have been trying to get help with my luggage and have gotten no help yet. It isn't like the luggage is cheap. I bought a designer piece, Romero Britto, for $350.00 for one piece. I would think Heys would have employees working that could get customers some help.
I even called Zappos for help as I bought it through them, and they could only give me another number, but it didn't work either. This has been going on now for 4 months and I have no where to turn to get any help at this point. All I want is to find someone that can tell me where to get my lock fixed or replace the suitcase.
