I was called early in the morning and they said I had a virus that my computer was to shut down in three hours, I proceeded with them to correct it and they had all access to my computer. Then they proceeded to want to charge my credit card which had to be authorized as it
was out of the country. I believe it was a scam. I am now trying to get it credited back to me.
