Consumer Report

1- Few weeks ago i called you for unexpected high bills for the property mentioned above. You sent a technician that made his Report O.K. For the Meter although he did not examine it appropriately. Then the Meter was examined and reported O.K. Too!!! I accepted this your FRAUD ACT.
Then on 2 successive Saturday-Mornings 8.00 A.M. I was harassed by you in asking me to pay delayed payment threatening me to interrupt the power if I do not pay at once. Despite telling them I am not the owner of the the concerned property and I was paying the Bills as Donation, and I need to see the Bill with the owner on Monday then I pay your embezzled Debt!!! But they insisted on their impolite request!!!
2 - On Monday, when I called the CLOSED ACCOUNT DEPT. To find if it is possible to pay the Embezzled Debt in 2 installments they refused to accept that, according to the Policy of PG&E (put by a silly Ingenious PG&E Figure!!!) that I should that Non-Profit Account with my Private Home Account!!! Which I believe a silly Policy.
Please be advised that you either accept my request of not joining the two Accounts, or I take legal action against you for:
1 - Harassment, Fraud, and Embezzlement.
2 - I am asking for returning back my Payments to you when the property was hn the name of previous owner.
