Wanted to see persons record for court. Signed up for trial offer, viewed once, didn't even get a specific persons data. Currently charging 22.86 Monthly for a service that hasn't been logged into for 7 months. Every time I call in i'm put on hold for minimum 30minutes sometimes hour plus never get to speak with anyone always "on hold" music. Will cost more money to have my bank deny them access to direct debit from my account which is an extra 40$.
