Spoke with Mr Leonardo at great length went over in detail all financial info including rental properties w2 forms all pertinent financial info and verbally assured me that i would qualify for a mortgage program and that i would also have immediate access to a ave pollack via telephone i was unable to get ahold of any counselor for over 2 weeks and after sending in my package i was rejected i was reassured by the sales person Jon leonardo that i qualified i was scammed
