Not refund my money for loan not approved

I had been advised never impose any charge easily didn't agree or refused the mortgage. Which was a liar. I paid-up top $500 from my charge card to start the mortgage program. Everything was conveyed about the telephone and Web. They stated I qualified and accepted for refinance. I delivered them my tax return, function income declaration, and all my bank financial data. Our credit rating are exemplary, and my present mortgage cost had never been overdue. Our home value more than 40% of the mortgage. They ultimately refused my mortgage and rip-off $500 on my charge card. I had been really piss off. I do want to document a suit and likely to record to authorities.
