Required resources to protect my moms nursing household costs was informed by Wachovia that there has to be life-insurance on her behalf refinance mortgage or even the mortgage wouldn't be allowed.

I decided to this demand and also the mortgage experienced. Our moms name was only title on Fresh mortgage, she died over 2 yrs later. Advised the financial institution of her passing and asked regarding the life-insurance, none have been placed on the mortgage whilst the lender stated they'd need to have placed on the refinance mortgage.

Today the financial institution will foreclose on me, her only hare towards the house. So what can I actually do?
