When i bought my car from applewood kia sale person name crystal whitecross made me a deal which included five year free oil change. I rejected that deal and explain about how i have my honda car free oil change for life and they made deal free oil change for life for 2013 forte. Then she send me to sign papers they was giving five year oil change and got my sign on the paper. I explain to them about free oil change deal i was receiving. They check and write on the contract for free oil change. But did not distroy the paper they got sign by mistake which they told me that was a mistake and they corrected with writing on the contract free oil change for life. I went to chage oil on 05/22. Now they are saying there is some condition with oil change which they never explain or give me any copy because they kept paper which they made mistake first and they said they correct it by writing on the contract. I would not had a deal if i have not received that offer and now they refuse on that offer i feel cheeted first i knew they made missstatment about fuel. Because in whole prosees of selling car more then a saleperson few people are involve. And company is full reponse in the mater. Thankyou
