Yes, almost a week ago i did an address change with fast address change service. I notice i made a mistake on the change form, so i made a new one. I got billed twice for 40.00 dollars. The company don't tell what the fees are up front nor do they give an phone no. I did not know it would be 19.95 for the change. I was upset and the co. Said they give me back my money. They did not. When i write to them and complain, they tell me that they don't have no record. But they took my money out of my checking account, i want my money back. I felt i was ripped off.
