I have bought several android phones from the company the phones were fair quality for the price. I purchased a bedovex12 in aug it took 45 days to receive it after I paid the 13.99 for the expedited shipping. They gave me a tracking number that never updated and told me the phone had been sent. 3 weeks later they told me that they were having trouble shipping that they would have to reroute because of the battery. They ignored my messages for the following 2 weeks until I filled a complaint through paypal then they tell me it has been sent out and gave me a new tracking number that did not up date until the next week. Finally it arrived in 4 days from the same location as the other tracking # showed. The phone worked good until end of Jan. Just before the Chinese new year I tried to get a rma 10 days before the new year because they were going to be closed for 2 weeks for the holiday. Finally I got it sent back on feb 20 for repair because no one would work on it here. Now it is may 23 and I still do not have my phone or a refund they just keep telling me wait several days they will ship out a phone. Then they will tell me so sorry phone out of stock now. Please wait several days or we give you refund 140. Usd ok.
At this point I agree to the 140. Usd Then they tell so sorry it has been more than 30 days so I can not issue refund please wait several days. Then they ignore my messages for several days until I started spamming there support line with the same question 10 or 12 times then they respond with the same answers. I guess they think if the do this long enough I will give up. They don't know me very well because I will message them every day a hundred times until they do some thing. If you buy something from ahappydeal.com and it breaks just consider it a loss and throw it away
I will never ever buy from them again I still have 25. Usd in there DM points
