I received an email from (looked like it was from a friend) to a website initially for Green Coffee Bean supplement for weight loss. The ad was buy 3 and get 2 free for 29.60 best buy, but when I got to examaning everthing closely my bill was for 148.00. I immediately called the company to cancel my order and they said they could not cancel my order. At that time I had the man I was talking to cancel my membership to Your trim trainer, but I didn't even know that I was signed up until the man said something about it to me. When I received my order I called the company to return the product and it took talking to 2 people to finally get a return # to ship the coffee beans back, but they would charge me a $5.95 re-stocking fee. I shipped the package back with a tracking # and called to ask for my refund. I did get a refund back minus the restocking fee. Mind you I had to be very demanding to even get that back. I talked to supervisor Travis Class and agent Victor, probably not their real names. On the receipt I printed, it does not mention a restocking fee. I guess I am one of the lucky ones to even get any refund. Mr. Class told me that he would see to it that I get my full purchase price back but I did not.: (
