T weight secrets, nxt supplements green tea purity weight loss supplement cost me $95.96, numerous phone calls and emails for a refund for product not received. Still waiting for refund, keep getting asked to ship bottle didn't get

On july 13/09 i was charged $7.02 for a free trial bottle of green tea purity weight loss supplement. On july 25/09 i was charged $88.94 for a second bottle of the same supplement. I had already cancelled future shipments at this point because i had not received the free trial bottle. On july 31/09 i finaly received the trial bottle.
The first charge of $7.02 was from nxt supplements, who's phone number 908-320-4322 is not reachable. You get a recording telling you that you do not have sufficient funds in your account to complete the call.
The secnd charge came from t weight secrets of $88.94, who's phone number 213-814-1438 i called and initially got the same message. After trying repeatedly i finaly got someone on the line. It was after this, before july 31/09 that i received the free trial bottle. It was shipped from toronto, ontario, but i could not track down the company that shipped it.
I have asked for a refund of the $88.94 at least ten times both by phone and by email. I get responses such as, "return the bottle to us and we will refund your money", or " will you take $20.00 to settle this matter", or another one was "we have a tracking number showing you received the shipment" i tracked the tracking number, it refred to the free trial bottle.
I have told them in every way i can think of that i have not received the shipment they have charged me for to no avail, they keep asking for a bottle i do not have because i did not receive it. I can't send back what i don't have. All i want is a refund. Nothing more, nothing less.
I noticed on your website that you have two other complaints against this company like mine, maybe we should hook up and start a class action against this company. I am sure that there others out there that have run into the same problem with this company of many names.
Is there something you can do to rectify this situation.
