I placed an order last night 3/12 and did not know it was going to be $196.00. When I placed order and saw that I called the company immediately. Talked to a Mr Green. He informed me I couldn't I cancel until 24-48 hours. I called back today 3/13 and talked to Alexandra Medina. She informed me that it was to late to cancel due to the order went to shipping already. (I thought I had three days to cancel an order.) I would get a refund when I RETURNED the product. I would have to pay to return the product. When I told her I wanted to cancel she tried to offer me 25% off. And I refused she offered me 50% off. And I told her I still wanted to cancel. That is when she told me I couldn't. What a rip off!!! Buyer beware.
