I ordered a product Super Green Coffee BEAN EXTRACT - tm which I received. Unbeknownst to me as part of that order I subscribed to something billed under the label: Jupiter Trim Trainer. I then left on holidays and when I returned, I received a bill on April 28th. I did not re-act to that bill, figuring that it was something I had got involved with on vacation. When I received a second billing notice for $9.47 on May 28th I looked up the website, but couldn't locate it. The return e-mail address was given as raspberryketone@nutritioncustomercare.com. I did phone the number 1-877-983-7676 this morning and talked to an agent. The company is apparently located in Utah. The agent was very helpful and canceled - I hope - my subscription to this service and I am supposed to get a refund for the most recent $9.47 charge.
The Super Green Coffee BEAN EXTRACT seems to work as I have lost 7 lbs. I suspect that Super Green Coffee is a reputable supplier, but somehow as part of the order process they have unwittingly lost control of the billing information. Hope this helps others. We'll see if I need to take further action to stop this charge.
