Told me they owed me money 3 months after I closed my account!

NSTAR doesn't have a clue on how to run a company. Three months ago I closed my account with them when I got evicted. Today three months later, I recieved a bill in the mail stating I owed $0.00. I called to find out why I got this piece of mail and it turned out they owed me money! While the amount was insignificant I am OUTRAGED that they waited 3 months to tell me and that they informed me by sending me a billing statement! What a bunch of creeps!
