Tried to call about repair tried for two days and the line has been constantly engaged. I googled the company online and I discovered your site. I looked out my policy to discover that I am paying twice as much for for the repairspolicy needless to say I then called sky to skyrepair policy. I am so glad to know that there is a site like yours to register my complaint.
