Rosemeed Walmart - Customer treatment

Walmart implemented a policy where many of their small items are locked and to purchase these items you need to find a guest service representative to have the item released from a security hooks? On top of that they send it up to the register so that you will pick it up at a designated register. My problem with this policy is they do not have enough guest service representatives to comply with the demand of people who need help, to keep such a policy. Furthermore, the time taken away to walk to that designated POS. With that item, you are insinuating that you can't trust that; you locked the device or product at the shelf then walk it to the register and have a guest representative at the exit door to look at your receipt and check your basket?"What we are all thieves?" Do you want my business or call me a thief? I went to Walmart to pick up two items I paid for online plus pick up a couple more things that I needed, which were locked up. The guest service representative let me know that If I was ready, I could go to register 15? What if I don't want to be at line 15? What if I am not done shopping? Or better yet? I needed to go to the back of the store to pick up the stuff I bought online, Oh, but then I would have to go to register 15 for a $26.00 dollar item plus a blender? After spending over $450.00 dollars on line. This is unacceptable in Christmas time of the year and truly not customer friendly. Your company at present lost a customer who will do no business with a company that thinks 99% of its customer base, are thieves. I will at this moment in time shop where they understand the cost of doing business; who Understands that I am a customer who needs to be treated with respect? Not as if I have stolen from you before...
