Harrassment by magazine subscription

I received ANOTHER call today, 5/20, from "Readers Service" claiming that I needed to start paying $70.00 monthly on magazines I DID NOT order. I have informed them I do not owe nor have any intention of paying for this bogus scam! I Told the rep-"Brooke" that I cancelled this, and at first she said she had no record of it, but after I told her to call my lawyer she found it! She said the cancellation request never was processed with the right paperwork, in writing, and with 7-10 days. She told me that the company had made payments for me, which I did not authorize. I have also emailed them several times
Today they called a few minutes after their office closed. I called the number that was on my caller id & it was to the 800# directory!
