Got bamboozled into ordering magazines

I received a phone call from the Nation Wide Readers (Now when i think about it i don't know how they got my number.) about me being a contestant in a 25,000 lottery of which I've never entered. They then told me that i received a "free diamond watch". And they also gave me a "deal" on magazine subscriptions with 3.84 a week (except magazines don't publish weekly but monthly) but then told me I would be paying 62 bucks a month for 7 different magazines which wouldn't be a deal when i look at the subscriptions. I then realized it was probably a scam after i was fooled and found that they have scammed many other people.
