GreenDot Corporation and Wal-Mart money card

I made a credit card payment to my insurance company and because 2 payments were made they refunded 1. They sent the money back within 24 hours. However, GreenDot continues to tell me that the money isn't available. I've called them several times today and explained the need of the money today (I don't have any money to buy my son pampers because of this and all they could say was "I'm sorry", but sorry isn't going to help me put pampers on my son. I am so disgusted by this company at the fact that they have no concern for their customers. I will never ever refer anyone to them because they don't like to give you your money back.
