Pampers pampersperks ripoff - promotion prize not sent

I bought pampers diapers to save pampers points to receive the promotion prize "jeep wrangler ride on toy"!! I sent all the information which included a check for shipping and handling ;i have yet to receive it!!! The information stated 12 weeks, well, my check was cashed on 11-9-01 and still no toy! I have emailed the company 4 times, made several attempts to speak to someone on their 1888# and i have not gotten anywhere! The phone keeps you on hold for an extreme amount of time so you have to hang up, and emails —never received one!!!
