MoneyPak Funds Never Reached PayPal Account by January 30

I bought this MoneyPak card from Walmart to add funds to my PayPal account. Today is the 30th of January, and there are still no funds. I can't even try to transfer the funds through their website. Truly a waste of my time and money.

To make matters worse, I can't make my purchase from eBay because of this, which is going to be a negative mark on my account. I called numerous times, and they told me to keep trying. This was my first Green Dot MoneyPak card, never again. Oh, and by the way, you have to pay a five dollar fee, which I can't get back... MoneyPak is terrible!
