I bought 3 genuine toshiba charges from a company calling themselves laptopadp and what i received were 3 generic chargers that didn't even include the power cable. The delivery of the product took 5 weeks to be delivered which i found ironic since they were supposed to be based in New Jersey after doing some investigation I found that the company was located in the UK and the parts were coming from China.
