Kids Supra, Wang Li BEWARE KidsSupra.com - China-based company. Sent wrong product, will not respond to emails

My son wanted a pair of Supra shoes for Christmas. I found them at KidsSupra.com. The website had no mention of where they were located, so I did a VisualTrace (a program which identifies where a site is located) and it indicated that it was in Albuquerque, NM. So, I thought it was safe. Unfortunately, the company is actually located in China.

The shoes, of course, did not arrive in time for Christmas - coming from China - and when they finally did, they were the wrong shoes!

I emailed the company immediately at their listed customer service email address, and have sent a total of seven emails over the last four days. There has been no response.in my emails, I included a picture of the shoes I received as well as all order information. Do not deal with this website!
