I got a loan with wage day advance. I have never come across enhanced financial services at all. They have taken £69.99 from my account without authorisation. I only entered my account details into the page I was applyin to the loan. No where else, in theire terms an conditions there is no note of any fees bein taken before hand an I have emailed them to see if they do take charges before giving you the loan, their reply was confirming no they do not! How do I get this money back as my bank said they can not refund me!
