Scumbag, Tom Wolf, the loan officer entered into an oral contract to split loan fees made on a re-fi from one of my clients, "the referral". After the deal closed, WE should have split in excess of $20,000. The scumbag, Tom Wolf, decided he would change the terms of the oral contract we had. The new terms?
