Looked online for loan, a company came up, entered my details and bank account details, next thing i know the money was taken from my account, even the bank were not sure who it was, had to wait till money had gone out, i never signed any thing or gave my permission, never spoken to anyone.
Read the terms and conditions, it said there might be a fee. Surely befor any money is paid you have to sign some thing, and as i have recieved no service from them surely it is theift.
