I applied for loan with one of the loan companies (sorry, cannot remember which), who phoned me and informed me that I do not qualified for a loan because I am unemployed and on benefits. When I received my JSA payment on 14/05, I found that £69.00 disappeared from my account. On 15/05 I contacted my bank (METRO) and have been informed that company named Enhance Financial Services is responsible. Never heard of them in my life and never contacted them. After reading lot of complains on " consumeractiongroup.co.uk" I realised I fell victim to a big scam. I had never before applied for loans, but financial situation was hard and I honestly believed in help.instead of help I am totally broken now. I wholeheartedly asking your nelp.
