Miscellaneous

They hired us to do some programming. We staying in constant communication throughout the process.in good faith we turned over the files as not to hold up delivery to their client. After we did all our calls and emails were completely ignored. During development they had continued to add to the scope of work throughout and got sticker shock when all was said and done saying that it took way longer than expected and they were supposedly losing money because of the delay (of course none of this was communicated in our email/phone conversations). If they had issues paying (they do) or had issues with the bill we would have been more than willing

We ran into the CEO at a conference and he assured us he planned on paying. Once it became clear that this wasn't the case I personally compiled an outline of all email communication that CLEARLY showed that we had completed the commissioned work on multiple occasions only to receive more to do.
