I hired Ms. Bransford to provide legal document services. She stated that she is a certified paralegal. She IS NOT a certified paralegal. She does not work for an attorney nor does she have attorney oversight.

Her repeated and egregious lack of punctuality and follow-up has been
completely unacceptable. I hired her with good faith that she would
take care of my legal document needs in a timely manner, as she said she
would, and she has failed to fulfill that obligation.

I provided payment and sent her my information and worksheets on the
1st of July. She informed me that I would receive the documents on or
about July 6th. I did not receive any communication from her until July
19th. I received the "Oh you didn't get them?" response along with the "We've had email/computer problems for the past several days."

On August 3rd, she informed me that I would receive corrected documentation within
24 hours. It has been 16 days and I have yet to receive any documents. After multiple phone calls, emails, PayPal complaints, BBB complaints, and a complaint with the Duval County Sheriffs Office, I received a phone call from Ms. Bransford. She recited the "Oh you didn't get them" response that was then followed up with the "I couldn't get in contact with you because I was in the hospital." I asked for a full refund and she refused.

I Google search will yield those same excuses and complaints from multiple mistreated clients.
